The general function for this website(Dailyflorist.sg) is to provide reference product/service by the Provider. All product/services are subject to availability at the point of delivery.

DailyFlorist.sg is the Sole provider for this website.

All contents in this website(DailyFlorist.sg) are copyrighted. All contents, whether in part or whole is NOT allow to be copy for public viewing without prior written consent by the the provider.

Sales

1. All Sales made via this platform (https://www.dailyflorist.sg) are subject to payment confirmation by DailyFlorist.sg.

2. Any Sales order with the following condition will be rejected:-
a) no / partial payment.
b) Without recipient/buyer contact information.

3. All goods sold are neither returnable ,refundable nor exchange.

4. In the event of cancellation of Sales order, one must fulfill the following condition:-
a) At least one working day prior to actual delivery date.
b) Admin Cancellation charge of 30% of sales value is applicable.

Delivery

1. All delivery shall be deem delivered to the stipulated date/address with delivery confirmation by our delivery team.

2. Item(s) with invalid address, address that unable to reach or restricted zone will be return to self collection centre.

3. All item(s) with delivery confirmation are deem received in good order and condition.

4. Any rescheduling of delivery date/time or change of destination must be made one working day (local) / three working days(international) prior to actual delivery date.

5. Any redirect/redeliver delivery is subject to $35/trip. (This applied to local delivery only)

6. Any delivery made after 10pm, there will be an additional $50.00/trip. (This applied to local delivery only)

7. Any failed delivery will be return to self collection centre. (This applied to local delivery only)

8. Any unclaimed item(s) will be discarded after 3 days from stipulated deliver date. (This applied to local delivery only)

9. The buyer shall reimburse all additional charge imposed during the cause of delivery. (eg. Parking Fee, ERP Charges, CBD, toll charge, entry ticket, etc.)

Product

1. The photo shown in this platform are just for reference. We shall match with similar shape/colour.

2. In the event of unavailable, we shall replace with item/flower with similar value or Buyer 2nd choice which was stipulated during placing of order.

MISCELLANEOUS

1. This Agreement represent the entire understanding between The Parties in relation to the matters dealt with herein and supersedes all previous covenants and representations, written or oral, made by Party to the other.

2. Each Clause hereof shall be deemed to be independent and the invalidity of any Clause which maybe unenforceable as contrary to the principles of the law of any country shall not affect the validity of any other Clause of this Agreement.

3. All the appendices and schedules attached to this Agreement are integral parts of this Agreement and are incorporated in this Agreement by this reference.

4. All term and condition is subject to change with out prior notice.
